TradeCredit.ca is being designed for corporate credit workflows while recognizing that business-contact information can still be personal information.
Marketing website
The public website does not require an account. When you choose Get started, registration and account information are collected through the secure TradeCredit.ca application. We do not sell that information.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, the public marketing website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and sign-up clicks. The analytics tag does not load until you accept, advertising storage and personalization remain disabled, and declining does not affect the website.
Your choice is saved in your browser so the site can respect it on later visits. You can review or change that choice through “Analytics choices” in the website footer. Google may process analytics information in the United States. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Account and product information
The service processes corporate identity and address information, authorized business contacts, incorporation documents, registry-verification results, billing records, supplier-specific credit requests, selected trade references, confidential reference responses, attestations, and audit records.
Purpose and sharing
Business-registration information and incorporation documents are used to verify that an organization is legitimate and that access is authorized. Application information is used to operate the requested commercial-credit workflow and shared with the named supplier. Confidential reference responses are shared with that supplier, not with the applicant or unrelated organizations.
Processing locations
Service providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States. The complete Privacy Notice identifies material service providers, processing locations, retention practices, and available access or correction pathways.
Your choices
Creating an account does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Operational account, verification, billing, and workflow messages will not be used to hide promotional consent. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@tradecredit.ca.
